Systems Management Unit

Responsibilities

• Provides software development solutions for the centre's needs. Implements software development projects requested by other university units and approved by the centre management.
• Installs, manages and maintains the centre's servers, databases and web applications.
• Develops, maintains and improves the centre's technical infrastructure.
• Handles server installation and maintenance, software development and maintenance, management of software services, and information security processes.
• Creates and monitors IT accounts for the centre's staff.
• Meets the centre's technological needs and develops solutions to address them.
• Carries out other duties assigned by the centre management or unit coordinator.
