Who can enrol?
Applications and placement for associate degree programmes follow the Higher Education Institutions Examination (YKS) guides published by ÖSYM for the relevant year.
To enrol, the programme must be listed in the current Higher Education Programmes and Quotas Guide, applicants must meet its requirements and ÖSYM must place them on the programme.

Applications to the programme are received through ÖSYM.
Check ÖSYM’s YKS announcements and current guides (in Turkish) for application and preference dates, quotas and special conditions. Consult the current quota guide to confirm whether the programme admits new students this year.

Ziraat Bank · Pay using your student number
Tuition and distance education material fees will be collected by Ziraat Bank branches using your student number.
Current fees and payment dates
Before paying, check the amount due in the student information system and announcements for the relevant academic year. Consult OMU Tuition Fees (in Turkish) for current amounts and the academic calendar for payment dates.
Important payment conditions
Payments must be made to Ziraat Bank rather than other banks. UZEM is not responsible for payments made to other banks. Except in exceptional circumstances, payments will not be collected by EFT or bank transfer.
