Entry requirements and duration
Anyone who holds a bachelor’s degree may enrol in the programme.
All non-thesis master’s programmes consist of three semesters.
Application dates
The relevant institute accepts applications and registrations for the autumn and spring semesters. Application and registration dates are available on the website of the institute to which you are applying.
Application process
Apply online to the relevant institute within the application period stated in the announcement.
Your declaration is used for military service status and criminal record information.
If you qualify for final registration, submit the application system printout and required documents to the institute in person or by post.
No application fee is charged.

Fee decision and instalments
In accordance with University Executive Board Decision No. 2026/405 dated 14 May 2026:
Students newly enrolling in the 2026–2027 academic year will be charged TRY 1,500 per credit and a semester material fee of TRY 1,500, collected in two equal instalments.
Enrolment year, repeated courses and discount
Students enrolled in evening and distance education programmes will pay the material and tuition fees determined by the University Executive Board for the year in which they enrolled.
Students in evening and distance education programmes repeating a failed course will be charged tuition and material expenses at the rate of TRY 1,500 per credit set for newly enrolling students.
A 20% discount on tuition fees will be applied to university staff and employees of institutions studying under Graduate Education Cooperation Protocols signed between those institutions and our university.
Completion and graduation
The minimum completion period is two semesters and the maximum is three.
The Term Project carries no credits and may be taken alongside second-semester courses.
Non-thesis master’s students may graduate after successfully completing at least 10 courses worth 30 national credits / 60 ECTS and the Term Project.
