First-time registration and registration renewal steps for associate degree, undergraduate completion (İLİTAM) and master's programs.

Associate Degree Programs

First-Time Registrants

1. Register via the E-Government system. If you cannot register via e-government, submit your application in person or by proxy.
2. Find out your student ID number from the Student Automation (UBYS) or the student affairs office of the vocational school where you are registered.
3. Make your payment along with your student ID number at Halkbank branches within the dates specified in the Academic Calendar.
4. Register for courses through the Student Automation (UBYS) within the date range specified in the Academic Calendar. Do not forget to put a lowercase letter o at the beginning of your student ID when logging into the UBYS system.
5. Start following the courses from the Education Portal on the course start dates specified in the Academic Calendar.

Those Renewing Registration

1. Make your payment along with your student ID number at Halkbank branches within the dates specified in the Academic Calendar.
2. Register for courses through the Student Automation (UBYS) within the date range specified in the Academic Calendar. Do not forget to put a lowercase letter o at the beginning of your student ID when logging into the UBYS system.
3. Start following the courses from the Education Portal on the course start dates specified in the Academic Calendar.

İLİTAM (Undergraduate Completion) Programs

To register for the İLİTAM program, you must be a graduate of an associate degree in theology.

First-Time Registrants

1. Take the DGS exam and get your score.
2. Apply to the Faculty of Theology student affairs within the dates determined by ÖSYM.
3. Register via the E-Government system. If you cannot register via e-government, submit your application in person or by proxy.
4. Find out your student ID number from the Student Automation (UBYS) or the Faculty of Theology student affairs.
5. Make your payment along with your student ID number at Halkbank branches within the dates specified in the Academic Calendar.
6. Register for courses through the Student Automation (UBYS) within the date range specified in the Academic Calendar. Do not forget to put a lowercase letter o at the beginning of your student ID when logging into the UBYS system.
7. Start following the courses from the Education Portal on the course start dates specified in the Academic Calendar.

Those Renewing Registration

1. Make your payment along with your student ID number at Akbank branches within the dates specified in the Academic Calendar.
2. Register for courses through the Student Automation (UBYS) within the date range specified in the Academic Calendar. Do not forget to put a lowercase letter o at the beginning of your student ID when logging into the UBYS system.
3. Start following the courses from the Education Portal on the course start dates specified in the Academic Calendar.

Master's Programs

First-Time Registrants

1. If you are entitled to make final registration, deliver your documents to the relevant institute in person or by mail.
2. If you delivered your documents in person, get your student ID number from the institute where you applied.
3. If you delivered your documents by mail, find out from the Student Automation (UBYS) system or by calling the relevant institute.
4. Make your payment along with your student ID number at Halkbank branches within the dates specified in the Academic Calendar.
5. Register for courses through the Student Automation (UBYS) within the date range specified in the Academic Calendar. Do not forget to put a lowercase letter o at the beginning of your student ID when logging into the UBYS system.
6. Start following the courses from the Education Portal on the course start dates specified in the Academic Calendar.

Registration Renewal

1. Make your payment along with your student ID number at Halkbank branches within the dates specified in the Academic Calendar.
2. Register for courses through the Student Automation (UBYS) within the date range specified in the Academic Calendar by following the steps on the side. Do not forget to put a lowercase letter o at the beginning of your student ID when logging into the UBYS system.
3. Start following the courses from the Education Portal on the course start dates specified in the Academic Calendar.
