It is normal not to see any enrolled courses when you first sign in. Selecting a course as UZEM in UBYS does not automatically complete your course enrolment in e-Ders. Use the Home icon to list the courses and enrol yourself in each course you are taking.

Guide to Logging In to the Education Portal for Common Courses
OMU students in on-campus programmes must sign in to the Common Courses portal using their personal OMU UBYS accounts. Shared usernames and passwords are no longer used.
Follow the steps below to sign in, enrol in the courses you selected as UZEM in UBYS for the current semester, and access course materials.

UBYS Sign-in and Course Enrolment
Follow these steps from your first sign-in to accessing course materials.

Open the Common Courses portal
Open Common Courses PortalEnter eders.omu.edu.tr in your browser’s address bar and open the sign-in page.

Select “OMÜ UBYS Hesabı ile Giriş Yap”
Click the green OMÜ UBYS Hesabı ile Giriş Yap button (Sign in with your OMU UBYS account). You will be taken to the authentication screen for your personal account.
Shared usernames and passwords are no longer used. Sign in with your OMU UBYS account.

Sign in with your personal UBYS account
Enter the personal username and password you use for your UBYS account. Once authentication is complete, you will return to the e-Ders portal.
If you do not know your password, follow the password reset instructions below.

Use the Home icon to list courses
Your enrolled course list may be empty when you first sign in. Click the Home (house) icon to list the courses available in the system.
An empty course list on your first sign-in does not, by itself, mean there is a sign-in problem.

Enrol yourself in the courses you selected as UZEM in UBYS
Check which courses you selected as UZEM in UBYS for the current semester. From the course list on the Home page, click the relevant course and complete the enrolment yourself on its course page.
Repeat this process separately for every course you selected as UZEM for that semester.
Course selection in UBYS and course enrolment in e-Ders are two separate steps. Enrol in the courses you are taking.

Access course materials
Once enrolment is complete, open the relevant course page to access course materials and learning content. On subsequent sign-ins, you can find your enrolled courses in your own course list.
I do not know my password
If you do not know or have forgotten your UBYS password, visit parola.omu.edu.tr. Select “Öğrenci / Student” and follow the on-screen instructions to reset your password. Then return to e-Ders and sign in using the “OMÜ UBYS Hesabı ile Giriş Yap” button.
