Responsibilities
- Organises online live classes for the educational programmes offered by the centre.
- Prepares live class schedules and coordinates classes with instructors.
- Develops solutions to technical problems instructors encounter during live classes.
- Manages, maintains and oversees the use of the centre's live class rooms.
- Maintains and operates the computer hardware in live class rooms.
- Researches ways to improve the quality of live classes and makes recommendations to the centre management.
- Carries out other duties assigned by the centre management or unit coordinator.
