Administrative Affairs

Follows and controls the purchasing processes of the Center and performs the purchasing processes.
Manages the expenses related to the exams held at the Center.
Responsible for the procurement of goods, materials and services of the Center.
Responsible for the accrual, movable registration and control processes of the Center.
Conducts price research in order to procure the goods, materials and services needed by the Center by considering the public interest.
Prepares the protocols to be made with external examination centers for the exams to be conducted by the Center, inspects and examines the examination centers and determines their suitability for the exam.
Assigns officials for the exams to be conducted by the Center.
Carries out the studies for the procurement of the goods, materials and service needs of the center from the director, assistant directors and technical advisor.
Carries out all other works and duties reported by the center managers.
