It is responsible for the application processes to be made by students to the Center programs. It maintains the stages that prospective students go through from the application stage until they are placed in the program, and supports and assists students in this process.
Coordinating the student enrollment process with MYO, faculties and institutes, control and follow-up of tuition payments, preparation of student lists, registration renewal and deregistration processes.
It is responsible for meeting all student affairs needs of students enrolled in the programs offered within the center and developing solutions to possible problems experienced by students.
Researches activities to improve the quality of student affairs processes and makes suggestions to the center managers to improve quality.
Performs all other tasks and duties assigned by the center managers or unit coordinator.
