Chairs the board of directors of the center. Carries out the administration of the center together with the board of directors.
Forms the internal unit structure of the center and updates it as needed.
Appoints assistant directors, unit coordinators and technical advisor of the center, and assigns them to the units when deemed necessary.
Manages the recruitment of contracted personnel to the center and carries out academic and administrative staff assignments.
Manages the center budget and budget distribution together with the relevant Rectorate units.
Supervises the units, unit coordinators and unit activities of the Center.
Manages the bilateral agreements of the Center with other institutions.
Supervises the quality of the Center’s activities and conducts necessary evaluations.
